What is Reiki?

Reiki (pronounced “ray-key”) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki energy is shared through a series of hand positions above, or lightly touching,  the  body  and can easily be learned by anyone.  Find out more!
